I have been a DJ for a few years now. Beside my quite extraordinary DJ-sets I also make wonderful parties in the great city of Copenhagen; Sous Le Soleil (Docken\Zoo Bar), Local Love (Jazzhouse) and the upcoming Sensation White Afterparty at Park Nightclub to mention a few.

This week I have been given the honor of presenting some of my favorite tracks. Sit back, light your pipe and enjoy some real shit for your earpiece. The tracks I have chosen range from ravin’ at Dunkel Nightclub at 8 AM to a chillout sunday afternoon in my apartment.

Grace Jones – I’ve Seen That Face Before (Libertango)
We’re gonna start the party in the 80’s with Grace Jones. A lovely tango riff with a funky reggae arrangement. After a hard day I love to put her on the 1210 and light up.

Nicolas Jaar – Time For Us /Wolf+Lamb
Nicolas Jaar is great, and one of my favorite producers at the moment. Nicolas have an incredible ability to create atmosphere. Fantastic groovie bassline and truely cool and deep vocal.

Kenton Slash Demon – Matter /Tartelet Records
The Copenhagen based duo Kenton Slash Demon is out with their second EP, Matter, in the trilogy ‘The Schwarzschild Solution’. Most of KSD’s productions are hypnotizing, and this one is no exception – its so good. It’s a must that you also check out the first release in the trilogy Kenton Slash Demon – Sun

Act Yo Age – Song For Nona
It was released in April, but I’m still really hooked. It’s a minimal-esque utilizing a classic sample vocal hook. I have plans on booking these guys very soon – they are so cool. Check out where they took the vocal hook from Sarah Vaughan – Whatever Lola Wants

Aphex Twins – Windowlicker (Renaissance Man Bootcut)
I’m a big fan of Renaissance Man, and this bootcut underlines why. The number is a nice techy beat with nice percussions. The production is clean, sharp and well sampled.

Rampa – Wife (Original Mix)
To start your perfect weekend I’ll give you a killer. This track was released on Keinemusik, summer 2009 on ‘Wife & Man’. Incredible production, beautiful and hypnotizing vocal. No more talk – check it out and have a nice weekend!
